Information we collect

Your name, phone number, email, and service address — collected when you request service, so we can prepare your quote, confirm your visit, and do the work.
Photos you choose to share — used only to quote accurately and document the job. Before/after photos stay in your private account records; we never publish them without asking you first.
Your service history — so your Care Plan discount applies automatically and we can remind you when your home is due.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the cleaning services you request: preparing quotes, scheduling, sending the service communications described below, processing payments, and keeping your account records. We never sell your information — not to data brokers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.

Text messaging (SMS) disclosures

When you check the consent box on our service request form, you agree to receive service text messages from OSO Clean at the mobile number you provide, sent from (913) 444-6223: appointment confirmations, reminders, on-our-way notices, reschedule coordination, service completion, and receipts. Message frequency varies with your service activity (typically 2–6 messages per service visit). Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out anytime: reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to (913) 444-6223. You'll get one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to re-subscribe.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or messaging consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third parties.

Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, payment processing (Stripe — we never see or store your card number), and message delivery, is permitted solely so those services can operate. Each receives only the minimum needed to do its one job and may not use your information for anything else.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to make the site work: remembering your theme, saving a request draft so you don't lose your progress, and keeping you signed in. If you allow it, we also use an analytics cookie to count visits so we know which pages help people — no ads, no cross-site tracking, nothing sold. You can choose "Essential only" in the cookie notice and everything still works.

Your choices & data retention

Want your information corrected or deleted? Call or text us and we'll take care of it. We keep records of completed jobs (invoices, receipts) as long as tax law requires, and delete the rest.
